Refund Policy

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future billing, but doesn’t refund the current billing period — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves back to the Free plan automatically.

We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you were charged in error, or a real technical fault on our end prevented you from using Pro for a meaningful part of a period, contact us and we’ll review it.

A credit pack is a one-time purchase, consumed as you generate parlays. Once a credit has been spent on a successful generation, it isn’t refundable. If a generation fails due to a real error on our end, the credit is automatically refunded to your account — you’re never charged (in credits) for a failed attempt.

Unused credits from a pack purchased in error, or a duplicate purchase, can be refunded on request.

Email us at support@betscanr.com with your account email and the reason for the request, or use the refund/dispute option in the receipt Paddle emailed you after your purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cooling-off right you have under the law of your own country (for example, a right of withdrawal for digital purchases in the EU/UK) — where a mandatory right applies and hasn’t been waived by your own confirmation at checkout, it applies regardless of what’s written above.

If this policy changes meaningfully, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
